Kintaro Hot Spring is a renowned hot spring that has been selected in the Top 100 Hot Springs in Japan for three consecutive years—2023, 2024, and 2025. Visitors can enjoy 100% free-flowing hot spring water from a rare mixed spring of chloride and sulfur, with 75°C source water gushing at a rate of one ton per minute. The accommodation facility Kofukaku has received consecutive Five-Star Inn certifications, and the complex also includes the day-use bath Karuna no Yakata and the gift shop Kitamaebune. With convenient access to Kurobe Gorge and the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, guests can fully enjoy both hot springs and sightseeing.

Kitayama Mineral Spring is a hot spring that has soothed people’s fatigue as a therapeutic inn for more than 150 years since its founding in 1867. It is also known as the “fertility hot spring,” with a legend that bathing here after visiting the nearby Sukunahikona Shrine brings the blessing of children. At the inn, the resident dogs Ikkyu and Ema warmly welcome guests, and there are rooms where visitors can stay with their own dogs, creating a gentle and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can relax as if they have returned to their hometown.
